We felt terrible that each helmet we touched had to be sanitized by the employees. They didn't without any push back. We found them to be patient and helpful. "First time customer. Ordered two Roland Sands Designs jackets. One was discounted deeply and the vest was full price. The discounted jacket worked out nicely yet showed up outside of the two day shipping window. The vest I really wanted has yet to show up. I ordered online and had them both shipped to my local cycle gear hoping for an easier process. I’ve had to call the store three times in a 7 day period. Their response is basically blaming it on UPS. They said they would get back to me. Cycle Gears getting back was basically offering to send a different vest or refund me. Neither went above or beyond the disappointment and corporate failure Cycle Gear showed to this first time customer and avid biker and buyer. "
